 Brian, a seasoned manufacturing professional, has degrees in Design Technology and Manufacturing Engineering, APICS certifications in MRP, JIT, and Constraints Theory and years of experience in production management in many different industries. 

 As Bridon’s lead customer-engineering liaison, Craig has a history of delivering forward-thinking designs that save both time and money and improve product performance. And he does it in refreshing way that integrates well with existing engineering and
sourcing structures. 

 Eric, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the hydraulics industry, holds an MS degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management. He brings expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and a diverse background in manufacturing and management. Eric has a proven track record of partnering with employees and customers to tackle complex challenges effectively.  

 With over 15 years of business experience, Rick brings his solid accounting and finance skills along superior analysis acumen to enhance Bridon’s strategic visions.  Rick is charged with our financial management, our ISO initiatives and is part of our leadership team. 

 An experienced Project Manager, Mike has brought drive and accuracy to our product development process.  Certified in Fluid Power, Mike offers solutions with urgency and attention to detail. 

 With 25 years of hydraulic equipment, systems and component supply knowledge, Randy is a tremendous resource for your sourcing and engineering teams. His ability to discern what customers really want, and commitment to only selling them what they need, wins customer praise time and time again.
